Size 5 teal party dress

Patterned black mesh overlay in silver and light blue glitter. Overlay is draped over a teal blue and the empire waist is sashed in navy satin with two navy roses and ties in back. Adjustable straps are the same navy satin. Skirt has an attached crinoline. Hidden zipper in back. Waist at sash is 26" bust is "30. Excellent used condition. Worn once.
