Size 6 Elliot Lauren rayon crepe skirt

I love this skirt! The bottom hem is all open pleats (I tried to show that in the photos). From the waistline the seams run all the way down to the open hem pleat, so there are many seam lines front and back. The effect is that the skirt fits the body until it flares in random "fringy" looking pleats as you move. Really darling! Black background splattered with vibrant flowers all over. A swing dance fav fo sure! Super cute and fun!
