Skein Ruffle Skirt (skort) NWOT

This black-and-white skort is size XL(12), and approximately 14" long. The waistband is 171/2" flat and stretches to 22". The fabric is non-stretchable. Please look at the picture for fabric content. It's adorable for summer. Would be great to slide over a swimsuit to go to a restaurant! p1-10uh
