Skirt & 3/4 sleeve top with mock turtle collar in midnight blue washable velvet.

This is a beautiful outfit. I cannot a photo that shows the actual color. It is a very deep midnight blue that catches light elegantly. Armpit to armpit measures 19“ and is 20” long. The skirt is 33” long and has an elastic waist that measures 13” from side to side. There are no buttons or zippers on either piece.
