Skirt Lehenga blue and gold please see description

This outfit has some random threads poking out. It is however in good condition. No stains, holes, or breaks in fabric, pinches , pulls or wear in the garment. it does have some padding near the zipper pull that seems to have its mind of its own but I imagine it's there because the wrap is pretty heavy. this isn't a pristine condition but in fair to good condition. this measures about 41 inches long and at the waist 13 inches wide. this is a skirt with fabric over it with detailing at the bottom and attached fabric. This outfit isn't perfect but I couldn't find any snags or threading that ruins the integrity of the look of this garment. if you have any questions on this piece please let me know!
