Sleeveless Size 4 Coral Ruffled Talbot’s Blouse

This is a sleeveless size 4 coral blouse from Talbot’s that features pretty ruffles around the collar. It was made in China from 100% polyester and is in like-new condition. It’s too big for me, so I’d like to pass it on to someone who will use and enjoy it! When this item finds a new home, it will be shipped using repurposed, recycled, and secondhand materials, as well as plastic-free EcoEnclose paper tape. The blouse comes from a nonsmoking home with dogs.
