This dress is lined, and the outer layer is sheer (Chiffon-like) which is not stretchy at all, and the underneath of the dress is stretchy Polyester. Back of the neck has a fabric button and a small keyhole at the top of the back. 6 rows of ruffles on the front, in the form of a "V"...3 rows on each side of the "V". Elastic waist that has 3 thin fabric belt loops (NO BELT INCLUDED). Skirt part of the dress is an A-line shape and the top part of the dress has a Blouson style to it.
