darohaw @jgfanton no, it doesn’t open. It slides over your hand. It’s not totally round so it’s easier to slip on than a round bangle. I have a 6” wrist and it slides over my hand. I guess if u wore an 8” bracelet, it might not go over your hand. If u wear a 7”-7.5” bracelet, it will fit.
