NWOT. This semi sheer red, white and blue ruana has alternating red and blue tassels at the bottom and would look great with a simple tee and denim or white pants. It also makes a fun swim suit coverup. Arm opening is 9 1/2” and the side slit is 15”. Length is 29” from center back and a bit longer at the sides. NWOT
