Stunning Blue Floral Skirt size 18 runs small

Beautiful floral skirt…..Love it…but just too small….tag says 18 but fits more like a 14/16 please see measurements and don’t go by the tag size. It’s in excellent condition, hidden zipper in back, no pockets. Fabric content in photos Measured laying flat: Waist - 20” Length - 17” My measurements are approximate and are to the inch or half inch. Please don’t hold me to a fraction of an inch difference. I try to include the brand’s size chart when I can find it. Create a bundle so that I can offer you a discount…even if just one item.
