This NWOT Carter's dress is adorable! It will look great with any hair or skin coloring. It is a sturdy 100% cotton that is lined with a matching slip which is 100% polyester. It can be dressed up with a white cardigan, & white laced tights , or can be worn in warmer weather more casually with sandals. The flowers are fushia pink, Turquoise, and lime green, & has areas of white, which make them stand out. This dress originally came with matching bloomers, But this dress was missing this. So it can either be worn with a diaper on its own, or can be worn with white or navy pair of bloomers from another dress. This dress is the perfect little dress, because it is so versatile! Wear it for spring ' and then continue to wear it all summer long!
