This skirt is beautiful and high quality. It does have a small peel on leather at waist where the hanger was rubbing it as pictured. It's really not noticeable. It measures 19" side to side at top of waist and hip measures 23". It is 21" long from top of waist to bottom hem. Fully lined. From a smoke free and pet free home.
