'TGGC' sterling silver '925' and clear stone ring size 6

'TGGC' sterling silver '925' and clear stone ring size 6. This ring is stamped '925' inside the band along with the designers stamp 'TGGC. Could use some cleaning. I do not clean the jewelry it's from estate buys. Please see the pictures for the description. Feel free to ask questions. Thank you.
