The COA's that match the inside sticker can help determine authenticity. In this example there are 2 authentic & 1 fake. The fake card easily shows the rainbow refection & the white circle covering the CC in the top corner is more transparent in the fake. You can also see the gold line is flaking in the fake card, the line is thicker & not as crisp. You can see the white printing is much brighter & thicker on the 2 authentic cards. They are all the same size & feel the same but very different.

oughttobehaute @spadoni57 it's not "inspired", those are fraud knock offs. It doesn't take a week to hand make a handbag, it takes one's career to have a style that lasts! Sweat shop labor, even on make up that's popular, with all USA designers outsourcing cheap labor... THANK YOU FOR LIVING QUALITY, OVER QUANTITY. I'd rather have one real bag, than 20 "inspired" or fake!

spadoni57 @zoila234 Its in the works. I used to authenticate for PM & now do it on FB at time. If I go live on FB with a "tutorial", I invite you if thats cool! Im getting ready to post a listing about zippers you would find in authentic bags! They only use certain ones!! I like to help when possible! I will keep you posted!!

I was just gifted a Chanel camellia wallet and it comes with an authenticity card but I’m scared of reselling because I’ve never had a luxury item. aggiesrags @dmgodfrey Good evening. Sorry for the delay Im in Canada. You can pay a nominal fee to have it authenticated online. Boutiques/stores do not authenticate bags. If its sold here, it will be authenticated if jts over $500. Hope that helps

milkywaymocha Thank you for the info dear! I see the two authenticity cards above belong to vintage chanel bags. Have you compared the vintage authenticity card (7 number series) with the new card (8 number series). I recently purchased a vintage diana bag and the authenticity card is much thinner and flimsier compared to my other newer bags. Everything is fine except for the card thickness

aggiesrags @milkywaymocha Good day! I purchased a new bag in 2016 in Boston from CHANEL & the COA is consistent with the others I have. My bag starts 18...... I do authentication of the bags snd have seen COA’s made of almost a cardboard texture/feel. I would assume as time goes on COA’s may change totally!
