Used but still in good condition. I wore this more then several times. I wish I can keep it but after a long while wearing it, I just stopped and just let it sit in my wardrobe for far to long. The top white part is see through as shown in some pictures and in video above. No stains, no rips, tears, and no peeling. The top part where you see the ruffle black lining across the chest has a small elastic going across. Very cute to wear to party’s, weddings, dances, etc.
