TIPSEY ELVES PURPLE CAPE W STARS HALLOWEEN COSTUME NEW

From tipsy elves, we have a long sleeve purple cape with silver stars. Velcro at the front neck. Does not have a size on it so I am assuming one size fits all. From shoulder to hem about 44 inches. This is a nice, heavy polyester, not flimsy at all.
