Nice basic pullover white blouse by Chico's. This is a solid white top with short sleeves. It look like it would hit at the hips with the back coming down a couple of inches longer than the front. There are three decorative buttons on either side at the bottom hem. Nice basic top. It is CHICO'S SIZE 1 / U.S. 6. See size chart in the last picture.
