Talbots wide leg paisley print silk elastic waist. Blue, yellow, red paisley. Colors in up close pics are more accurate. Size petite. Very Light weight 100% silk. See pics of tape measurements. I didn’t stretch out the waist, but I don’t know how much it will eventually go. Fit me loosely as a 2p. I believe this is high waisted because look at the measurement from waist to crotch.
