This is a pair of Tamara Mellon heels with a toe-wrap mule design. They are super cushioned and comfy with a medium heel height, this is called her “pillow top” line because of the squishy footbed! They have only been worn indoors to try them on. The 39 fits a size 8.5 or 9. They are a beautiful turquoise/ teal color in suede.
