Tessori size 12 tan trousers. Excellent condition. Built in belt makes them heavy. Have only been dry cleaned. Polyester, rayon, spandex. No pockets.
Inseam approximately 29 inches.
Waist to hem approximately 39 inches.
Waist approximately 32 inches.
Hips (a little lower down than waist) approximately 35 inches.

@inka_wave I’m not quite sure what you mean by “hips” but I put the tape measure a little lower down and that measured approximately 35 inches. I am adding photos of the tape measure. Sorry about the lighting 😕
