@gymlife0099 hello, according to their website it’s 75% Nylon 25% Spandex. The actual garment doesn’t say.

Do these run pretty true to size? I’m typically a large in most leggings but wanted to check. And do they have a lot of compression?

@horsfrey hello, yes I’d say they’re true to size. I’d describe the compression as a medium amount. There’s compression but not an amount that makes them uncomfortable and squeezed in like some leggings.
