I have this dress in two different sizes. 1:The pit to pit is 20 inches, waist lying flat is 17in, length 66in. 2: pit to pit is 23, waist lying flat is 21 in, length 66 in. The length includes the additional 6 inches for the train. Also, this fabric has a good stretch to it.
