I think a screw just needs to be tightened but you'll have to replace the lenses anyways since they're prescription so your eye doctor should do it for free no problem when you do that. Or you may be able to do it yourself if you have the tool. Tortoise brown and clear. Gold hardware. Comes with Nine West hard shell white and black case. The COA is in a different language and I'm not sure if it ever had an English version but if it did, my mom lost it. If you need me to though, I can show proof she bought them from her eye doctor.
