New Without tags; Excellent same as NEW condition. I removed tags and washed the shirt, then changed my mind. It's very pretty. The top portion is a darker color, and it fades as it goes down towards the bottom, where it's a light wash color. Dress it up with some heels and beautiful accessories or dress it down with a graphic tee and some cute tennis shoes. Either way, it's going to be beautiful!!
