These are very awesome heels by Topshop! They are a soft blue-grey platform heel sandals with long leather ribbons, which is used to wrap around the legs and tie them however you want. Size us 8.5 medium, U.K. 6 and euro 39. It is marked as size 39 but I am a size 8 and it fits me. Made is Spain. I was never able to use them because I have so many shoes. So, they are considered new without the box. Update in condition: due to prolonged storage, the shoes has some small scratches but still in good condition. Just storage signs from being away so long in my closet! (Please refer viewing the 6th picture and after that one are actual condition of these shoes. My loss is your gain π

@clothesaddict Hello! These are a bit more than 3 inches. I added pictures with the purple ruler. I thought it would be like 3 inches but it seems like it runs like a 4 in inches.
