Topshop Sailor Skirt as seen on Spencer Hastings in Pretty Little Liars season 3 episode 7. Same style, brand, and color. From my absolute favorite Spencer outfit from the whole show. Retailed for $56 but very popular and sold in 2012. Topshop can run slightly small sometimes, so please ask if you'd like a waist measurement. Skirt is pre-owned so check photos for condition.
