Torrid Floral Flutter Sleeve Dress

Black dress with pink and red floral pattern. Lightweight gauze type material. Lining underneath. Scalloped lace edging at neckline. Open detail on upper back with tie closure. Loose flowy bottom with different length pieces. Elastic stretchy waist. Technically called a midi dress but the short pieces hit at the knee and the long pieces hit closer to midi length. See measurements for best fit. Armpit to armpit is about 24 inches. Waist is about 19 inches across but can stretch further. Length is about 37 inches at the short pieces and about 45 inches at the long pieces. Brand new with tags!
