Torrid Green Tropical Print Smocked Top with Peplum

This is brand new from Torrid in size 1 or 1X. The smocked top gives a great bodycon fit at bodice and the flirty ruffled sleeve gives a bit of shoulder coverage. It has a peplum to make it more feminine and flattering. New with tags. Never worn, too big for me now. Want someone to love it this summer.
