This is a gorgeous mini dress or tunic for vacation,cruise wear or Spring and Summer.Beautiful tropical flowers with a light sprinkling of embellished crystal bling. The neckline has a open lace design that adds some upscale drama to this design. The front and back are equally done in the same gorgeous floral design.
