Turquoise? Howlite? Vintage? Sterling Silver Pendant

Pretty Robin egg blue double stone sterling silver stamped pendant. I’m not sure if it’s turquoise or not I did scratch test and it didn’t scratch with my nail but it appears to be Howlite to me. Set in sterling silver. Silver may need a good polishing. Any other jewelry pictured isn’t included in this purchase.
