Up cycled Vintage Pearl Snap Fringe Skirt

Ok I know I say a lot of pieces are fun but you have got to admit this piece truly is a fun piece! I totally have size envy with this skirt! Still has the The Open Window tag on it and everything! Waist is about 26in. With a bit of stretch. Length is about 16in. 20in. if you count the fringe. So awesome with boots and a tank or sandals and another pearl snap tied shirt. I can’t think of any combination where this skirt isn’t amazing. From a smoke free home.
