VICTOR COSTA red blazer

An extravagant, bright red blazer with balloon sleeves, ribbon cuffs, and shoulder pads! The fabric thread is pulling in a couple of places on the back and sleeves of the garment (pictured). Listed size is small, but it may be a small plus-size, or intentionally oversized.
