NWT, White Drawstring Bag with black bottom. Very soft and smooth to the touch. No inner or outer pockets. Polyvinyl on outside, Polyester on inside. Has small area missing outer stitching from factory but inner stitching is holding seam together. Hardly noticeable (see last 2 pictures) 14” to top of bag 24” to top of strap 13” Long 6” Wide
