VINTAGE FOLD-UP OPERA GLASSES

Vintage fold-up opera glasses. I don't know the era of these but they made them in China and Japan with various company names. Seem to be aluminum with faux leather cover. Looks like a cigarette case closed. I would call these a conversation piece or desk accessory or a little spy accessory for your purse.
