VTG Hand Carved Quartz Tribal Warrior Pendant

Beautifully crafted hand carved quartz stone tribal warrior face pendant. Quite frankly I’m unsure of its ethnic origins. It’s about 1.5” in diameter with a small hole for a chain or cord. The quartz is in it’s natural state, never been polished so it’s a matte finish. Never seen one quite like this!
