Very Rare Joan Rivers Pin Enhancer Maltese Cross

Questions? Leave a comment below! This is a rare discontinued brooch/pendant in good condition. The bottom set of pearls that are smaller seem to have a different shade of white so I’m not sure if those have been replaced. It is a gorgeous layered piece.
