Gently used and well cared for. I bought this from rent the runway. No visible signs of wear, damage, or defects. Great used condition. Waist measures 14”, it’s elastic with a zipper and hook & eye closure so there is some give. Asymmetrical hem but about 33” long at longest part. Very soft wool blend, not itchy!
