Beautiful 1940s vintage navy blue wool hat with a bright red ostrich feather. Has netting attached that is in good condition. Hat has a base that fits securely on the head but also has an elastic to secure. The brim has a lovely curve to it for extra extravagance. Inside of the head area has some stains but none on the outside/visible areas. Roughly 12” in diameter Tag says size 23
