Vintage 50's/early 60's dress! Adorable boat-neck with v-back, three quarter sleeves, and adorable fluffy skirt! In excellent vintage condition with no flaws to note, just very light general wear. No brand, likely homemade. Almost the same as one in the 2007 Hairspray!! Fits like XS.
