Vintage ILGWU Union made skirt by Wyndham. 79s 80s A-line skirt FABRIC 100% cotton (buttery soft) Hem Length to Ankles. The Skirt is classic and unique with a burgundy Floral print. It has 2 pockets and zipper closure in the back SIZE Women's Small MEASUREMENTS Waist (laid flat): 14 inches, no stretch Hips (laid flat): 24 inches CONDITION Good vintage condition.
