Vintage 70’s B Altman Ruffle Off Shoulder Midi Dress

Vintage 70's B Altman flowy midi dress with ruffle and tie detail at neck. Elastic gathering at wrists for an extra frill at sleeve. A few small pulls and stains- very small and not very visible. Doesn't change wearability at all. Left elastic on wrist is slightly stretched. Can be worn normally or as off-shoulder based on preference. No size tag, listing as a size 10 as that’s what the vintage seller I bought it from had it listed as. Compared to measurements for best fit.
