Handmade. Red with multicolor floral paisley print. Sleeveless. Belt loops, no belt. Has pockets. Metal zip back with single hook and eye closure. Has about 3” or hem allowance for added length if needed. Inside bottom hem is finished with lace. No size or material tags. Feels like a possible cotton/rayon blend. See measurements.
