Vintage 70s Red Cotton Dress -- Nipon Boutique

Vintage late 70s red cotton midi dress with a beautiful full skirt and pleating detail on the bodice. Wide neckline and full, long sleeves that button at the wrist. Tie belt. Brand tag is missing, but the seam binding says "Nipon Boutique." Shown on a size 2 form, but would also fit a 4. When I washed this dress, the dye did bleed a bit in the water. Tag says dryclean only, but you can definitely handwash it as long as you don't put it in with other colors. Waist: 28.5" Shoulder to hem: 40"
