Vintage 70s Youngland red polka dot button down Santa Christmas dress, 5T?

Vintage 1970s red polka dot button down dress from Wash’n Wear Youngland. Features a Santa face design. No tags for size but based on measurements and comparison to other dresses, I estimate this as a 5T. Pit to pit: 14” Length at center: 25” There is a small tear near the bottom but it is hidden underneath the fabric where the buttons come together at the bottom button. Please see photo.
