Vintage 80’s Miss Quality Party Dress 4T White Pink Sailor Nautical

Vintage nautical themed party dress from Miss Quality. The dress is a white poly/cotton blend with pink sailboats and anchors. The dress has white eyelet on the bodice with white lace trim and decorative buttons down the front. The skirt is very full with two layers of ruffles at the hem. It has an attached fabric belt. There is a built in crinoline layer. The dress buttons down the back. The dress is super cute but does have some condition issues. There is an area of collar lace that is coming detached. It has a small seam separation and a repair where the belt attaches to the side seam and the fabric has some fuzziness. The arm elastic is relaxed.
