Vintage 80s Puff Sleeve Striped Midi Dress

Vintage 1980s mid length dress by “Good Times”. Modest scoop neckline, short sleeves with gathered “puff” shoulder, button details at the collar and sleeves. Elastic waist. Diagonal striped print in mauve pink, blue, gray & white. No fabric content tag; feels like a lightweight stretchy polyester. In great condition with a small stain on the front part of the skirt, and a couple snagged areas as shown. Tagged size 14 but as vintage items sometimes tend to run small, please refer to the actual measurements below to ensure fit!
