Vintage 80s does 50s polka dot party/prom dress!

This vintage dress is from the early 80s but has a 50s retro feel, with a zipper back, spaghetti straps and a 3-tiered ruffled midi-length skirt. No size tag but I would say it’s a size small. Measurements are bust 16 inches, waist 12 inches, length 27 inches from waist to hem of longest tier. Good vintage condition—- working zipper, no rips, stains or funny smells. Such a cool find!
