Super cute vintage black velvet dress from the 1990's with a sparkly silver embellished flower pattern that shimmers in the light. This shift dress is 100% spandex and depending on your size it could have a traditional shift cut or be worn as a bodycon dress. The length is slightly longer than a mini and the hem hits mid-thigh. This dress makes me think of Christmas or NYE but the classic colors are so versatile!
