Vintage 90s Blue and Plaid Misty Harbor Anytime Rain Jacket This jacket will have you ‘Singing in the Rain’! Super charming Misty Harbor ‘Anytime Jacket’ 90s Rain coat in blue. Bright plaid lining on the inside with double pockets on the front. Waterproof. Although this item is vintage, it is in very nice condition with a few discolored spots on the exterior included in my photos. The exterior shell is 100% P.V.C. Size medium (I would consider this a slightly oversized medium). See measurements down below.
