Pretty 90's Floral Button up prairie blouse with large Ruffle Collar, and Bell sleeves. Marked Size MED. Cream color with pretty floral Print. Measures Approx 25.5 inches from top of shoulder to bottom, and 21 inches across chest laying flat. Model (me) is a size small/med, wearing it loose fit. You can wear it open, Tied up, or button closed. Great vintage condition.
